Recipe Ingredients for slow cooker curried lentils

1 cup lentils
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 onion
15 oz chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup peas
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon peel

Recipe Directions for slow cooker curried lentils

combine lentils, chopped celery, chopped carrots, and chopped onion in slow cooker. heat oil in pan and cook garlic, add spices and minced peel. Heat. Add to slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours (or cook for 3 on high)
