Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

1 (three slices bacon)
1 (three slices bacon)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
20 oz. corn, frozen (2 packages)
16 oz. cream-style corn (1 can)
1 tbsp. Splenda
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

  1. In skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove and reserve.

  2. Add onion, green pepper, and potatoes to bacon drippings and saute for about 5 minutes; drain well.

  3. Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot; stir well.

  4. Cover and cook on Low setting for 6-7 hours.
