Flavorful chili made in a slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chili

40 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
48 oz Salsa
9 oz Diced Green Chilies
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
4 tsp Chili Powder
30 oz Tomato Sauce
32 oz Pinto Beans

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chili

  1. Dice onion and heat in a skillet with ground beef until cooked.

  2. Put beef mixture in slow cooker. Mix in tomato sauce, salsa, green chiles, and chili powder.

  3. Set on low heat and cook for 9 - 10 hours.

  4. Rinse and drain pinto beans and add 5 mins before time is up.
