An easy meal for the slow cooker that makes plenty and tastes great.

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

1 onion, chopped
16 ounce chili beans
15 ounce black beans
15 ounce frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
8 ounce tomato sauce
12 fluid ounces beer
20 ounce diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
3 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

  1. Throw everything but chicken into slow cooker and mix together. Place chicken on top, pushed down to be covered by juices.

  2. Cook on low for 5 hours.

  3. Take out chicken and shred. Return to slow cooker. Cook another 2-2.5 hours.
