1 cup onion
15 oz. Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz. can black beans
15 oz. can corn
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. white wine
20 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilies

2 cup,+chopped+or+diced chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

  1. Chop onion and chicken.

  2. Add all the ingredients to the crock pot, cook for 8 hours on low.

  3. Serve with a sprinkle of cheese, dollop of sour cream and/or crushed tortilla chips on top (the optional toppings aren't included in the calorie count).
