Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

1 onion
16 oz chili beans
15 oz black beans
8 oz tomato sauce
15 oz corn ( whole kernel 7 drained)
12 oz beer
20 oz tomatos(w/green chili undrained)
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
3 cup Chicken Breasts (skinless)

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

  1. Place onion, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, tomatos & green chilis. Add Taco seasoning & Blend.Lay breasts on top of mixture pressing slightly to cover the chicken in the mixture.Set Slow Cooker on low for 5 hours.

  2. Remove chicken, shread and return to the cooker. Cook two more hrs. Serve topped with Cheese, Avacado, Cour Cream &/or Crushed Tortilla Chips.

  3. Topping are not included in the Nutritional Facts.
