Yummy, creamy, and moist but not too bad on the calories

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

24 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp margarine
2/5 oz dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
4 oz lite cream cheese
1/2 cup lite sour cream
3/4 cup skim milk
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
10 3/4 ounce condensed 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
10 oz egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Add milk, both cans of condensed soup, butter, salad mix, and chicken to slow cooker with just a bit of water (1/8 cup) and cook on low for at least 6 hours. I was at work and had mine cooking for 9 hours. Flip chicken over and stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and cook for another hour or so. Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions and serve chicken stroganoff on top of noodles or mix them together.
