Spicy Jambalaya. Super healthy and very delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya - NRLW

1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
28 oz diced tomatoes with juice
1 large yellow onion
1 large red bell pepper
5 stalk,+medium+7-1/2"+-+8"+long Celery
8 oz mushrooms, drained
1 cup water
3 tbsp minced oregano
2 tbsp minced parsley
3 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb shrimp

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya - NRLW

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken and the shrimp and place in slow cooker on low/med for 3 or so hours.

  2. After about 2.5 hours cook chicken to about 80% done. Add to slow cooker and cook for 30 mins. Add shrimp and cook for another 30 mins. Serve 1/6th over rice/noodles.
