Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken On-the-go

2 pieces boneless chicken breast, halved
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt, drained (consistency of sour cream)
2 carrots, chopped
2 cup broccoli, chopped

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken On-the-go

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup until smooth. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, making sure it is well coated.

  2. Cover, and cook on Low heat for 7 to 8 hours. Stir in the yogurt about 1/2 hour before serving.
