Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Chicken Curry with Quinoa

16 oz Chicken
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
8 oz Carrots, Baby
2 serving Garlic Cloves
1 cup Light
0.25 cup Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Curry Powder
0.25 tsp Paprika
0.67 cup Quinoa
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
3 Teaspoon Juice
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Chicken Curry with Quinoa

Chop all vegetables and chicken. Place chicken, onions, celery, carrots, garlic broth, coconut milk curry powder and paprkia in crock pot. Mix to combine. Cook on low 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender. Add the quinoa and cook for 35 minutes. Before serving, add lime juice, sugar and cranberries. Enjoy
