Recipe Ingredients for SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CACCIATORE

1 pound chicken breast,
14 oz. tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms (I used canned)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup dry red wine or reduced sodium chicken broth (I used wine)
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CACCIATORE

  1. 1. Place all of the ingredients in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker.

  2. 2. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, 5-6 hrs. on high or 6-8 hrs. on low.
