17 oz raw Bottom Round Rump Roast
2 cup Stock
3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
1 small Rutabagas

Chop all ingredients into cubes. Place meat, then vegetables, then stock into slow cooker. Cook on high 3 hours.
