1 1/4 lbs stew beef
5 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 cup flour
1 Black pepper (optional)

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Beef Stew (homemade)

  1. Place the beef, flour and black pepper in a bag. Shake to coat the beef. Empty the bag into the slow cooker.

  2. Chop the onion and dice the potatoes, and add them to the slow cooker.

  3. Add the bouillon cube and enough water to cover.

  4. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
