Beef and barley dish in slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Slow-cooker Beef and Barley

8.25 oz Beef, Chuck
1 cup Pearled Barley
4 oz Organic Cremini Mushrooms Packaged
6 medium Carrots
1 Teaspoon Thyme
4 cup Beef Broth
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Slow-cooker Beef and Barley

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook undesturbed for 8 hours. Skim off fate, transfer beef to a cutting board and let cool slightly. Slice or shred beef into bite size pieces. Serve mixture in pot and top with beef.
