This is a recipe I found on the internet and adapted a low fat version that makes an amazing breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Apple Spice Oatmeal

2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oats
1 large apple
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds (sliced/slivered)

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Apple Spice Oatmeal

  1. peel and dice the apple

  2. spray crockpot with pam

  3. mix ingredients in crockpot

  4. cook on high for 1.45hrs or low for 3hrs
