2 fennel bulbs
5 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1/2 lb chuck roast
2 cups chicken broth

Cut everything into bite sized pieces, meat into 1/2 inch cubes.Pre-boil potatoes 20 min. Add all ingreditents to slow cooker, on low for about 4 hours.
