Nice and easy preparation for work days. Goes good with jasmine rice and lots of steamed veggies. Reserve juice to reduce and use as sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooked Pork Asian Style

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, smashed but whole
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooked Pork Asian Style

Cook onion, garlic, and ginger until just tender (if time permits). Then add all the other ingredients making sure sugar doesn't settle to the bottom. Try mixing the sugar into the soy sauce before adding to the slow cooker.
