3 cloves, raw Garlic
22 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
10 oz (raw) Chicken
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.75 cup, sliced Onions
1 cup, diced Pineapple
4 pieces Crystallized Ginger
0.5 serving Light Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooked Pacific Chicken

  1. Stir broth, soy sauce, garlic, chicken, peppers, onions, pineapple and seasoning in slow cooker. Set to cook for 7-8 hours.

  2. Serve over rice or couscous.
