Juicy and tender beef stew with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooked Beef Stew

3 oz ( 1 serving ) Beef, Chuck, Tender Steak
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooked Beef Stew

  1. Cut all vegetables and place at the bottom of a slow cooker recipient, onion, pepper, garlic, carrots, and celery.

  2. Place beef chuck pieces approximately 1 inch thick on top of vegetables

  3. Season meat with salt, pepper, cumin seeds

  4. Add 1 can of tomato sauce plus 1 can of plain tap water, (used to rinse can)

  5. Add bay leaf

  6. Cook on high setting for 8 hrs in slow cooker
