6 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
2 cup slices Parsnips
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for slow cooked beef, carrots and parsnips

cut beef into chunks; brown; place in crockpot; cover with parnips, onions and carrots; add seasoning to taste; cook in crockpot on low until done.
