Recipe Ingredients for Slow Carb Soup

510 grams Peas Chick
300 grams Sweet Peas
310 grams Lentils
300 grams Carrots
100 grams Celery
450 grams Cabbage
500 grams Parsnips
3 small Onions
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Slow Carb Soup

  1. fry the onions

  2. wash and peel everything else

  3. dump it all in a pot

  4. add water to the top.

  5. Boil until everything is soft/cooked.

  6. Run it through a blender to make it easier to eat.
