Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes (w/turkey)

16 ounces ground turkey
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
6 tsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes (w/turkey)

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids.

  2. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
