18 3/4 pounds ground turkey meat
25 large onion, finely diced
50 cups finely chopped cremini mushrooms
125 plum tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 pounds all-purpose flour
3 1/8 quarts water
1 1/2 quarts cider vinegar
1 1/2 quarts chili sauce
1 1/2 quarts ketchup
200 whole-wheat hamburger buns
50 pounds sweet potatoes
3 pounds olive oil
1 pound cinnamon
1 1/2 pounds brown sugar
8 ounces salt

Recipe Directions for sloppy joes with sweet potato chips

  1. Crumble beef into a large nonstick skilletcook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute
