From Ellie Krieger's "Foods You Crave", slightly altered based on what my pantry had. Brown sugar should be molasses.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1 pound Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
3/4 cup brown onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
15 oz tomato puree, without salt added
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
14 oz pinto beans, reduced sodium
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. Brown ground beef and onion together in frying pan; when meat is mostly cooked and onions are tender, add garlic.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve with buns.
