Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

16 oz. ground venison
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

Brown venison, green pepper, celery and onion. Mix sugar, ketchup,garlic powder, mustard and salt and pepper and add to meat mixture. Simmer covered on medium for 20-30 minutes.
