Regular original sloppy joes. Not calculated with buns, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp worcestershire
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. Brown and drain meat along with the onions and peppers - add cold water and set in fridge, allow fat to form at top, skim it off.

  2. Wipe out the pan while the meat is defatting. Add ketchup, mustard, garlic, and worcestershire and mix well.

  3. Add beef mixture. Simmer x 5-10 minutes.
