By using pureed beans, you can easily add fiber to this recipe without anyone (especially picky kids) knowing.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion, very finely chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white beans, pureed

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

Heat oil over medium heat in a deep skillet. Cook the onions until they are slightly translucent, and then add the beef, stirring to break it up, cooking about 5 minutes or until beef is no longer red. Add the tomato soup, ketchup, and white bean puree. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the ingredients are well combined. Ladle onton warm hamburger buns.
