Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. Brown hamburger.

  2. Drain as much grease as possible.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors.

  4. Serve on hamburger buns.
