1 lb lean ground turkey
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
18 ounces barbeque sauce

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. lightly coat a non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray. heat over medium high heat and add bell pepper and onion. Saute until tender-crisp.

  2. Add meat to skillet and brown

  3. add barbeque sauce and reduce heat to low-medium. cook until sauce bubbles.
