Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp steak seasoning
1 med. onion
1 small red pepper
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 c tomatoe sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. Add oil and meat to heated skillet

  2. Combine brown sugar & steak seasoning

  3. Add sugar & spice mixture to skillet

  4. When meat starts to brown, add onion and red pepper

  5. Reduce heat to medium and add vinegar & worcestershire sauce

  6. Add tomatoe paste & sauce

  7. Reduce heat and simmer
