Save some for leftovers! I used boca burger, not ground beef, but it won't let you put boca burger in the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 cup rice
12 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 stalk chopped celery

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joes

  1. Saute beef. Add onion, pepper and celery.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Serve on buns and enjoy!
