Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joe

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 med sweet pepper
3 tblsp brown sugar
2 tblsp white vinegar
2 tblsp A1 Original Steak Sauce
1 tblsp yellow mustard
4 tblsp tomato paste
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, canned, with juice

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joe

  1. Brown ground meat, drain off the grease

  2. add the onions & peppers, saute until onions are translucent

  3. add the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard. A-1 and

  4. stir to combine

  5. Add the tomato paste, stir well

  6. add the diced tomatoes with the juice

  7. simmer for approx 30 minutes on very low heat.
