Sloppy joes made with ground turkey, onions and peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Joe mix

1 lb ground turkey
2 1/4 cups onion
2 cups green pepper
1 1/2 tbsp mayo
8 tsp seasoning mix

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Joe mix

  1. Chop onion and pepper

  2. Cook onion and pepper on high for 5 minutes

  3. Add ground turkey. When turkey is mostly cooked, add seasoning mix.

  4. Finish cooking and let stand for 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened. Ad mayo (optional) and stir. Makes 10 half-cup servings.
