Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy joe filling

2/3 lb 90% lean ground beef
6 stalks celery
1 large yellow onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
6 oz tomato sauce
3 oz tomato paste
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Sloppy joe filling

  1. Brown ground beef in a medium saucepan.

  2. Add chopped onions, celery, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste.

  3. Simmer at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
