Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Bombay Joes

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic
2 cloves garlic
1/2 chili pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon paprika
15 ounces no salt tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 chili pepper
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup half and half
2 tablespoons cilantro
3 whole wheat hamburger bun

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Bombay Joes

Sauce: Warm 1 tbls oil in saucepan until it shimmers. Add the ginger, garlic and serrano pepper. Saute until the ginger and garlic brown a little. Add the garam masala and paprika and saute for 30 seconds
