Sloppy Joes made using Boca Ground Burger.

Recipe Ingredients for Sloppy Boca Joes

2 Servings (1 whole pouch) of Boca Ground Burger
4 Servings of Ketchup
2 tbsp (10 grams) of Mustard
4 packets of Splenda or Stevia

Recipe Directions for Sloppy Boca Joes

  1. Cook Boca Ground Burger in the microwave as directed on box.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard, and sweetener. (set aside until Boca ground burger is finished heating up)

  3. Once the Boca Ground Burger has finished cooking, stir it into the ketchup, mustard, and sugar mixture. *If you want it a bit warmer, heat the Boca/Ketchup mixture covered by paper towel for about 30-40 seconds.

  4. Enjoy. =P
