Slimming Soup with tons of Veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Slimming Soup

1/2 cup Onion, diced
1 medium zucchini
1 medium squash
4 oz mushrooms
16 oz lean beef
12 oz Pumpkin
2 cup green beans
1/2 cup carrots
12 oz Beans
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
3 stalks celery
12 oz stewed tomatoes
3 leeks
1 can Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Slimming Soup

  1. saute beef till tender

  2. add broth, onion, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, pumpkin, tomatoes, celery, beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and leeks.

  3. I use all fresh vegetables, and you can eat as much as you want.
