Low Fat, Low Carb but BIG on Flavor and Nutrition!

Recipe Ingredients for Slim Pinke's Muffins

1/2 c Ground Flaxseed
1 c Brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 c Wheat Bran
3/4 c Oats
1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c chopped apples

Recipe Directions for Slim Pinke's Muffins

  1. Mix wet ingredients, blend dry and add together. Press into muffin cups. Bake @ 375' 10 minutes.

  2. Remove from pan to cool.
