The secret ingredient? Black beans! These brownies come out nice and moist and have a great fudgey brownie taste. Best of all they are high in fibre and protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Slim Brownies

15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
3 large eggs
3 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant coffee

Recipe Directions for Slim Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking pan. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
