One egg omelette with sliced Honey Smoked turkey and cheddar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Sliced Turkey and Cheddar Omelette

1 large Egg, Whole
10 grams Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 serving Honey Smoked Breast of Turkey
0.33 tbsp Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Sliced Turkey and Cheddar Omelette

  1. Shred the cheddar cheese. Reserve 1/3 as garnish.

  2. Chiffonade the sliced turkey.

  3. In a small bowl, beat egg, 1 tbl. milk, salt and pepper.

  4. Spray a small pan with cooking spray and heat on medium.

  5. Pour into mixture into pan.

  6. When egg begins to set, add turkey and 2/3 cheese to one side of the omelette.

  7. Gently fold empty half of omelette over to cover, pressing edge to seal together.

  8. Flip omelette after about a minute.

  9. Cook for another minute then serve with reserved cheese as garnish.
