  1. slice potatos into thin slices, place in ziploc bag

  2. pour over 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. shake your favorites seasonings over - to taste

  4. make foil packet and place on 400 degree grill over indirect heat

  5. grill for 35 minutes, turning once
