This is a nice simple (bad) fat free meal that is good for you.

Recipe Ingredients for Slaw

1 cup, shredded Cabbage, Red
1.5 medium raw Carrots
0.25 small raw Red Onion
3 grams Garlic
1 serving Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
3 dash Salt, Table
1 cup, sliced Avocados
3 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 box Raisins
4 grams Mixed Nuts

Recipe Directions for Slaw

shred carrot, garlic, onion, raisin,garlic and nuts. add sugar and capfull of vinegar to mixture. cut avocado in half, slice add sal and paper to taste. measure out 1/2 cup of slaw onto plate and plce slices next to it. Enjoy!
