Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Taste Potato Soup

2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 medium head raw Cauliflower
1.5 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
1.5 cup Chicken Broth
3 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Skinny Taste Potato Soup

steam cauliflower while cooking potatoes in microwave approx 10 min. then chop up potato and add to soup pot. add milk and broth to mix bring to boil using immersion blender blend until smooth add green onions and reduce heat to low simmer 5-10 minutes serve with toppings
