Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Soup

6 cups Soup, Chicken Broth
28 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbs Tomato Products
4 cups Cabbage
1 cup Onions
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 Salt, Table
1 Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Skinny Soup

  1. Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Sauté onions, garlic and carrots 5 min.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour.

  4. You can add vegetables and seasoning of your choice.

  5. I used 2 pouches of onion soup and 6 cups of water for the beef bouillon.

  6. Enjoy!
