Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Soup

1 medium onion, diced
3 large green onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
4 cups stewed tomatoes, no salt
1/8 cup garlic, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
4 cups cabbage, chopped
12 cups water
