Recipe Ingredients for skinny soup

6 cups water
2 cups chicken
10 cups kale
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for skinny soup

Put water into a quart pan. Place 2 chicken breasts in water and boil until done. Remove chicken and dice. Place chicken back into water. Add chopped kale, salt, and garlic. Continue cooking over med heat 20 minutes or until kale is done. Can be eaten alone or serve with rice.
