1/2 c corn
1/2 c mushrooms
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp peanut oil, substitute vegetable oil if allergic

Recipe Directions for Skinny Oriental Vegetable Slaw

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sesame oil, and peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste..

  2. Add shredded cabbage, corn, mushrooms, and sesame seeds.
