Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Mashed Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp half and half cream
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Skinny Mashed Potatoes

  1. Chop potatoes into 1" cubes

  2. Boil potatoes fully covered in water and bring to a boil

  3. Boil for 15 minutes until fork tender

  4. Strain potatoes and place them back into the pot

  5. Mash them completely

  6. Gently mix in sour cream, garlic powder and garlic salt then the half and half

  7. Serve hot!
