Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Low Yolk Egg Salad

2 egg whites
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
4 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped green scallions or chives
2 tbsp sweet relish
1/4 cup celery

Recipe Directions for Skinny Low Yolk Egg Salad

Separate the yolks from the egg whites and discard 3 of the yolks. Chop eggs and combine with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, scallions, salt and pepper.
