Recipe Ingredients for Skinny lasagne

12 ounces whole wheat pasta
32 ounces tomato sauce
2 cups mushrooms
4 cups spinach
8 ounces turkey pepperoni
16 ounces fat free ricotta
2 cups reduced fat mozzarella
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Skinny lasagne

Use no boil lasagne noodles, light marinara, mix ricotta and mozz with two eggs and your fav italian seasoning. Layer. Bake for 1 hour 15 min. at 425.
